The LUCAS SAE 20w-50 Plus Motor Oil was developed and perfected through three years of track testing to specifically reduce heat and subsequent wear in short track NASCAR racing, and also became the oil of choice for many crew chiefs in the TOP ALCOHOL division of NHRA and IHRA.

The user can expect high lubricity,lower oiltemperature (up to 40° F) and a stronger protective additive film that stands up to racing fuel dilution at least 50%longer than other racing oils.

Lucas SAE  20w-50 Plus Motor Oil is formulated to resist oxidation and "thinning out" at high crankcase temperatures. It contains a high level of detergents and dispersants to resist sludge and varnish formation. It provides protection against rust and corrosion during shut downs and neutralizes combustion acids. Lucas SAE 20w-50 Plus has special anti-wear additives for film formation to protect against scuffing and wear.

Lucas SAE 20w-50 Plus is super slick to reduce friction and increase efficiency for maximum RPMs. It is fortified with special anti-foam agents to guard against oil cavitation at high RPMs. It is especially designed to resist breakdown from contamination by racing fuels.
